Our office is in Davie, so Broward County is home ground. Exterior windows and doors here need High-Velocity Hurricane Zone product approvals, which we submit with the permit application.
Miami-Dade County
Miami-Dade has its own permit rules: the county only issues permits in unincorporated areas, and each city runs its own building department. We handle either one.
